First, a 90-minute conversation about how your business really runs: how clients find you, what happens after they buy, where the work repeats and where it gets stuck. Then I take time to analyze what I heard. We meet again for 60 minutes and I walk you through your written roadmap: the three strongest places to start, the order to tackle them, the tools that fit, and what should stay in your hands. Building any of it is a separate step, if you want one.

Who I am
Hey, I'm Kim.
For a long time I was the one who handled it. I ran a news department in German television, trained people to speak on camera, and asked for help only when I had run out of other options.
In 2016 I packed my dog and far too many shoes and moved from Berlin to Sag Harbor. I rebuilt from scratch. A new country, two boys, and eventually The Hyve Hamptons, a community of nearly 200 women on the East End.
AI turned out to be one more kind of help. Today I run my business with a small human team and an AI team I built myself. Every AI has one job and a person it answers to. I'm not a tech person. That's exactly why I can teach this.
You don't have to do this alone. Asking for help is not the end of your strength. It's the beginning of your power.

Do I need any AI experience?
No. Most women who come to me have tried a few chats and stopped. We start wherever you are.
Is Build Day online or in person?
In person, on the East End, in a small group. The exact place comes with the date, and the waitlist hears it first.
What do I bring?
For Build Day, your laptop and the business information that usually lives in your notes, your inbox and your head. For the Blueprint, about 20 minutes for a short intake form I send after you book.
Do I need to pay for an AI subscription?
Yes. You'll need a paid Claude plan, which is about $20 a month. The free version stops right when it gets useful, and the paid one is where your business brain lives. I'll tell you exactly which plan to pick before we start.
What's included in the $750 Blueprint?
The intake form, a 90-minute discovery call, my analysis, your written roadmap and a 60-minute readout where we go through it together. Setting up tools or building automations is not included. If you want help with that afterwards, we scope it together.
