What is Clubhouse - and Do I Need It?
The answer is YES!!!
At this point you might've heard about it somewhere, read about it in some Facebook post I heard somebody talking about it. Clubhouse is the newest social media app out there, it started in 2020 and became super popular with the beginning of this year. It's audio only and allows its users to open "rooms" to talk about everything and anything.
I personally love it as it gives me the chance to connect with mothers and likeminded people all over the globe on topics that I can share my expertise on or learn from others.
At the moment Clubhouse is by invitation only and only works on iPhones. Getting an invite is not as difficult as it sounds, download the app and sign up with a username. Changes are you already know someone on the app who will get a notification that you are on the waitlist and they will be able to let you in.
Or you can ask around in one of the several Facebook rooms and see if someone has an invite to give. You get two yourself once you are in and they add more to your account over time. We did whole invite trains with friends and it worked great.
